What a beautiful day we were given to experience the beauty of the Hawkesbury River on the Riverboat Postman cruise.
Thank you to the 46 Members who supported the trip.
Taking off from Brooklyn we were given a lovely morning tea as we sailed under the rail and road bridges and beyond.
As we stopped at various places our commentator provided us with insights on the places we visited – most interesting. And we even saw the hulk of the HMAS Parramatta, which is still in its final (though unintended) resting place after more than 100 years!
On the way back to Brooklyn we were treated to a wonderful lunch before eventually disembarking and catching the train back home.
The Club has sent a congratulatory message for the very professional way the staff handled such a large group.
